< Rosette Queen with Embroidery - This
quilt was created for a competitive girl to adorn her
bed and features around 1000 ribbons. It is sure to be
treasured for generations as will be the memory of the
horses whose names are embroidered in the corners. <
> Agility Cross Hatch
- A nearly queen sized quilt in honor of four agile
dogs whose names are (owner supplied) embroidered
on the black fabric border. Unfortunately, for the
dogs, I don't think they'll get to sleep on it! >
< Rosette Queen
- A beautiful queen sized quilt that used ribbons
from six years of competitive showing. <
> Random Cabin
- This is a very functional quilt in size and design.
It reminds me of the crazy quilts from the depression
era with it's random assortment of ribbons, velvet
border and backing, and red binding.

< Wall-Hanging
Rosette - a collection of narrow vintage ribbons
shrink the scale, certainly not the level of detail
in this wall-hanging. A border made from her horse's
wool cooler adds a sentimental touch and a place
to hang a few rosette tops.
> Picture Perfect
Cabin - The ribbons are arranged around photos of
the horses who won them. A fancy paint takes credit
for the cluster of black ribbons that really make
this quilt stand apart. >
< Star with Rosette
Queen Corners - An Ohio Star set on its corners to
create space for a large collection of smaller ribbons
with satin button centers. <
> Line-Up
w/ Cooler Border - A navy blue wool award cooler
was used in the border and backing of this quilt.
>
< Best Friend's Cabin -
A seemingly random assortment of ribbons with photos placed
in eight of the diagonal blocks. <
>> The Line-Up
- A nice pattern for hanging and a wonderful size
to sit on and enjoy at the shows.
>>
< Agility Star
- an abstract star surrounded by blocks of mostly
green. This quilt was 82" square and still didn't
use up all the ribbon ssent!
>Clean Round -
A lovely size and pattern for display or use at shows
and other events. >
<< Positive
Negative - Abstract stars. < <
< Jones' Star -
A lovely size and pattern to display or to use at
shows and other events. <
